CUSTOMERS CAN ONLY RETURN MATERIALS PURCHASED WITHIN THE LAST 30 DAYS PROVIDED:

1. The material is unused
2. The material is in same original condition as when it was delivered to customer

CONDITIONS TO REJECT RETURNED MATERIALS:

1. Damage to material
2. Unsealed repair kit
3. Bent or broken accessories

ITEMS WHOSE ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND REFUNDABLE

1. Aluminum or special corrugated materials whose order has been placed already are nonrefundable.
2. Orders placed on stone coated that needs refund attract 5% deduction from total sum paid the 5% is used for administrative charge upon acceptance via written consent either by text format or official letter.

THE SAID REFUND WILL BE INITIATED WITHIN 30-60DAYS PERIOD.

Partial refund will be given ONLY on the materials that are unscratched and still in deliverable condition upon inspection by our technical staff.

Once your return items are received and inspected, we will send you a notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returns, whether it is partial or full.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 10-15 working days and a credit will automatically be applied to the same account that originally made the payment.
